Fire Rain

If you like technically correct photos with some clarity and aesthetic appeal, then please keep moving on.  The  following images are probably not for you.

If, however, you like something a little more edgy and off the wall (and possibly not technically correct) then you can continue with my blessing.

What happens when it begins to rain during a gloriously blazing sunset?

Fire rain.  (Obviously)

There is a limit to how much sparkle my lens can capture.  Fire rain is best viewed in the flesh.  Make sure you see it some time.

(This means, that you look out for rain at every sunset.  It means that you drop everything you are doing, and let dinner burn on the stove while you rush around the house yelling "Where is my camera!! Who moved my camera!!"  It means that while the family is complaining about the charcoal flavour later in the evening, you smile because you have photos of fire rain.)

If you look hard enough, you might actually see the little flecks of light which are rain drops.

Fire rain is bizarre and beautiful.  And not technically correct at all.
